Apply nowA while back, a family reached out to us with an unusual gift. They had bought a wheelchair-accessible van, a 2008 Honda Odyssey, for someone they loved who used a wheelchair. That person never got the chance to use it. So the van sat in a garage for 17 years with about 300 miles on it. You read that right. 300 miles.
When the family came to us, they had one wish: that it go to a family living with spina bifida who truly needs it.
Our friends at Air & Plumbing Today went through the van and repaired everything that needed attention. It's ready now, and it's ready to change someone's life.
I've seen what a van like this means. It's the difference between lifting a wheelchair in and out of a car and simply rolling in and going. Fewer barriers, more freedom.
